This is to inform the Public that Attaofeequ Billahi (AB) International School located at Ibadan Ife Express way, Sende Village, Baale Akintayo Area, Inukan LCA, Ibadan, Oyo State has begun another-Phase of Recruitment of set of Qualified Teachers into its Day Care, Nursery, Primary & Secondary School due to improved number of students’ enrolment.
Are you a qualified Day Care, Nursery, Primary and Secondary School Teacher, with minimum of two years’ experience in Teaching?
Do you have Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) or above with excellent communication, time-management and supervisory skills?
Yoruba Language, Arabic & Islamic Knowledge may be an added advantage to your application, as proficiency in spoken and written English is highly essential.

Specific Selection Criteria
In addition to the general selection criteria,
1. Evidence of being a visible, consultative and instructional leader who embraces student voice to deliver a school's shared vision for excellence in teaching and learning.
2. Demonstrated capacity to build authentic connections and collaboration with parents, community and external agencies to strengthen a culture of productive educational partnerships to enhance, learning, wellbeing, attendance and engagement for all students.
3. Ability to lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement underpinned by research-informed pedagogy, targeted professional learning, and high academic expectations for students.
General Selection Criteria
1. High level educational leadership with the skills to lead and manage a complex private school focused on the delivery of high-quality education
2. Ability to lead and manage rigorous and inclusive whole school teaching and learning programs
3. High level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build positive relationships and engage all levels of the school and educational community
4. Ability to lead and manage the development and performance of staff to improve teaching and learning
5. Ability to plan systems and manage resources effectively and equitably to enhance teaching and learning
6. Capacity to lead staff in implementing the Attaofeequ Billahi (AB) education policies and to ensure quality outcomes for all students.
