2ND TERM 2023/2024 NEWS LETTER

We give thanks and adoration to Almighty Allah [SWT], the Lord of the world, for making us to see end of 2ND term 2023/2024 academic session. May His peace and blessings be upon the soul of our noble Prophet Muhammad [PBUH], his households, his companions and the Muslim ummah till the day of accountability [amin].

We also express our gratitude to all parents and guardians for your love, support, and commitment towards successful completion of this term. May Almighty Allah continue to enrich you [amin].

ACHIEVEMENTS: We are incredibly proud of our students' hard work and dedication throughout this term. Several students have achieved outstanding academic results, and their commitment to learning is truly commendable. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the high achievers who have consistently demonstrated excellence in their studies.

IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES: Parents and guardians should note the following activities scheduled for the next term:

• Tuition fees and other charges are to be paid directly into the school bank account with the following details:

Account name: Attaofeequ Billahi International School Ltd.

Account number: 2042133180

Bank name: First Bank

• In lieu of the above, all pupils/students are to resume with their teller/ receipt.

• No payment of school fee by cash.

• All bank transfers should reflect the name[s] of the pupil[s]/student[s] in the narration column to avoid misappropriation.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

• The school dressing code should be maintained [ i.e. the school uniform, white socks and black sandal or shoes].

• Students with torn school uniform should amend it or buy a new one [uniform represents the image of the school, so it should be neatly preserved]

• Also, it is compulsory for each student to buy his/ her school uniform in the school at affordable price to ensure uniformity.

STUDENT’S HEALTH CARE

The school authority prioritises proper treatment of students. It is therefore advisable that parents should be cognizance of health condition of their children. Henceforth, any child that is ill should be properly taken care of before coming to school. “HEALTH IS WEALTH”

PURCHASING ALL NECESSARY LEARNING MATERIALS such as textbooks, notebooks, literature texts as any students who does not have enough materials to enhance teaching and learning shall be sent back home by fourth week of the term. [Arabic textbooks are also compulsory].

• The parents are urged to complement the school effort by encouraging the pupil[s]/student[s] in carrying out any assignment given to them.

• It is compulsory to attend PTA meeting organized by the school management as important issues shall be discussed.

Looking Ahead:

The upcoming term promises more opportunities for growth, learning, and success. We will continue to work together to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment that supports the holistic development of each student.

We promise to intensify our efforts to ensuring the pupils/students’ academic excellence, but we believe that can be easily achieve when you give your absolute support.

We pray to Almighty Allah, the sustainer, to provide all our needs, preserve our children and make them the comfort of our eyes. Aamin.
